Can't sign in and can't change password.
I tried to sign in on a new computer, entered the code I was emailed and was told "code is wrong". I tried 2 more times and each time received the same response. Each time the code was entered correctly. I tried starting over and now it will not accept my password. I tried to reset the password but It would not accept it. So, I asked to reset the password and it said it sent me an email -- but it did not. Tried again with same result.
