I had a notification from the mail order dept. of my local drug store that I had an auto-fill prescription due. I followed the directions to order online and was told I had none due and took me to a page to manually type in the number. It doesn't matter what I want to do on their site it takes me to this page. If I load the site on IE it loads fine but Firefox always goes to this mail order site. I have deleted cookies, cache, I reset my username and password with no luck. Any suggestions, please.

Thanks for trying to help. I did try what you suggested with no change and I don't know how to get a screen shot. I did manage to find a partial solution. My username is filled automatically which proved to be too fast for the programs. I removed the auto 'log on' feature for the site and fill them in manually. Problen Solved.

First make sure that all the plugins required for the page are enabled, does the site use flash?

The other place you can check for errors is in the Web Console. Tools > Web Developer > Web Console

Try it then take a screenshot of the errors in that window and we might be able to see if there is anything blocking it.

However Safe Mode or in a new Private Window could prove helpful after you have reset the password to the account.
