The new FF has erased my Favorites (or Bookmarks, or whatever you are calling it this time around) and now there are strange icons on my taskbar.

Where did my Favorites go? I used to highlight an icon on my taskbar and go right to my bookmarks. If i click on the new icons (with 4 lines) it shows Bookmarks, click that and it show 'recently bookmarked sites' which is just a huge list of EVERY SINGLE SITE I bookmarked in the LAST100 YEARS. Where are my Favorites and all the folders I put under my Favorites? Why does the link for the new tab tell us nothing?

WHERE ARE MY FAVORITES?

hi, in the firefox quantum default layout the combined library icon for bookmarks/history/downloads...) is replacing your bookmarks button that you're used to - when you go into customization mode, you can place the dedicated bookmarks button back onto the toolbar though ;-)
