Hello FF,

I'm a member of the German Telekom IT, and we are thinking about getting Firefox to be our standard browser. Now for this there are a lots of questions and criteria. Is it possible to write to someone who is familiar with enterprise support at mozilla or firefox? Since the details are somewhat delicate I would not like to communicate in an open forum.

You can contact me on this registered mailadress. Thanks Kind regards Joseph

hi, as far as i know, mozilla doesn't offer a support mail address for such purpose. a common overview about deploying firefox in an enterprise can be found at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox/Enterprise_deployment.

there's also a (public) mailing list where you can exchange with other firefox enterprise users about problems/questions regarding configuration and so on: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/

if those options do not suffice for your usecase, you may look at (probably paid) support options like offered by https://mike.kaply.com/consulting/ for example.
