This should be in the settings under tabs but it is not. Instead they have decided to put the setting in a dialogue box when you attempt to close all the tabs Sometimes I uncheck by accident and everything disappears. Is there a way to disable this checkbox?

Click I accept the risk! to continue to the about:config page. Enter browser.tabs.warn in the Search box, it will bring up the preferences: browser.tabs.warnOnClose browser.tabs.warnOnCloseOtherTabs browser.tabs.warnOnOpen
