I'm using thunderbird roughly since a month because my old mail client is overquota. So I've imported some thousands of mail.(last 3 years).

Today, after a bad connection (in hotel) I reconnected thunderbird to internet through another router and thunderbird seems having lost the index of mail received because it has started to download all messages present in our mail servers.. What can I do to let thunderbird to recognize the 'same mail' it has already in it database ?? Ican evaluate a payment option to solve and to be assisted in the future.. Thanks Andrea

(thinking on, I suspect the problem could be generated by one of following: - my almost new notebook (HW) - SSD Hard Disk - WIN10 ) Waiting for your reply, my regards, Andreas
