Hello,

Suddenly when I log into OneDrive I cannot see my files. Another user on this computer has the same problem. I can see uploaded pictures. See attached screen shot. Tried logging in and out of OneDrive, rebooting etc. Nothing helps. Window 7.The only thing I can think of is I tried to create another OneDrive account on the computer, which failed.

There is no problem with other browsers on the same computer or even with FireFox on another computer.

Check and make sure what account you are accessing.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration {web link} in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
