When I try to download anything from anywhere it fails.

The files still appear in my destination folder but they are all 0 KB. This problem appeared completely out of the blue. I already tried resetting Firefox and all the solutions suggested here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cant-download-or-save-files
