Time through website is okay and doing it through another browser works. Restarted FF in safe mode w/ add-ins disabled to no luck. Do not have any proxies running / VPNs. Solely a FF update issue I believe.

This is really strange.

Can you show the working example of this issue on https://codepen.io/ or https://jsfiddle.net/ ?

@TyDraniu Not sure I know how to unfortunately. I am not that informed into website coding.

Does this happen on other sites, too?

Any chance you set the privacy.resistFingerprinting preference to true? That causes Firefox to show UTC time rather than the time in your time zone (your true time zone is hidden from websites).

@jscher2000 It is set to true but before the update it was also set to true and worked just fine. For testing, I disabled it and reloaded FF no luck. I turned off Advanced Tracking protection on the site, and even lowered my protection level from custom to standard and still showing different times.
