Just now I tried to make a payment to a site but the payment pop up was blocked but I don't have a pop up blocker loaded. I have had a similar experience at various times when I want to make a card payment to sites where my details are not pre stored. I can make payments to the same sites using my mobile so it must be laptop related. Not sure which security systems to check, laptop, browser or Norton . Any ideas? Many thanks Jeremy

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many thanks. I'll try that when I next get the problem. As an aside I discovered I had Privacy badger running when I tried to order my Chinese meal (lovely!) and this blocked my payment so perhaps this was the culprit all along! Many thanks again
