Can't send S/MIME encrypted message due to "Not trusted" certificate for the receiver

I'm trying to send an encryted message using S/MIME, I've already tested it myself with 2 certificates w/ 2 public keys over 2 PCs and it worked, however now that I am trying to send the actual message I want to send, the public key of the person I have imported says "not trusted" and I cannot send the message.

What am I doing wrong? Or how do I trust the receivers public key?
