One (and only one) of the App icons, on Outlook.com, for OneDrive is corrupted, and will not open. It is unique problem that only occurs when using the Firefox Browser, and only when trying to open OneDrive by clicking on the OneDrive icon in the app launcher feature through Outlook.com. One Drive will open from that same app icon in other browsers and One Drive will open using the Firefox Browser when accessing it from every other option. It is only a problem, when on the Firefox Browser, and only when trying to access OneDrive through the app launcher icon for OneDrive, while in Outlook.com. I've tried "Refresh Firefox" and the issue temporarily goes away, and access is successful through the link I have described, but, only immediately after the refresh. Later, it will again no longer connect again...unless I again Refresh Firefox. The issue appears (to me) to be a broken address stream when the problem occurs, but, again, this only occurs under the conditions I have described. It has worked fine for many years and just within the last four days suddenly became a problem. Yes, I have other options to access OneDrive, but the app for OneDrive while on Outlook.com emails is the most convenient since I am often communicating with a recipient of a link to a file stored in a file on the online OneDrive. I've tried the Troubleshooting Mode, and nothing appeared to be highlighted, and I have tried clearing the cache numerous time. Please help.

This icon right? see screenshot What version of Firefox? If so, we want a full browser screenshot to see the issue blank screen or not. Did you try in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

All the other Microsoft 365 apps at the same location...for Word, for Excel, etc. work fine. It is only the OneDrive app. that has become corrupted, and only in the last few days. Agreed, Edge does not have the problem, but if I cannot access everything I need in Firefox, and have to keep going to another browser, then I will just stick with the other browser for everything else as well. The address link for the problem link to OneDrive has become redirected to an incorrect address. It comes up as https://onedrive.live.co/?login_hint=AAnastasia%40live.com. That address takes me nowhere. The correct link should start out the same, but after the ? is where it goes off the rails. It should begin https://onedrive.live.com/?id=root&cid=(and then there is a unique identifier to follow). So, you see that after the ? mark the address goes wrong.

It is as I explained. There is nothing but a blank white screen, showing the address the OneDrive icon in the app launcher for Outlook.com is now using when clicking on the icon. I will add an image, so you can see screen, but there really is nothing to see. As I mentioned, the address that shows is not the correct address, and the rest of the screen is blank. The correct address, which shows when successfully opening OneDrive from any other source begins as https://onedrive.live.com/?, just as the one showing, but after the ? mark, it continues "id=root&cid= (and from here it is a alpha numeric combination. So, the part in the address that is incorrect begins, after the ? mark, with login_hint=AAnastasia%40live.com. That address goes nowhere. If I could figure out how to go in and correct the wrong address that clicking on the icon is using I could correct the problem. Clearly, it has become corrupted.
