Way to use Primary password without requiring it be entered for each new session?

more options

My employee needs constant access to the various email accounts I've saved in Thunderbird for them - but I don't want them to be able to view the saved passwords at any time. So I realize I can use the primary password feature but it's not plausible for me to have to enter the primary PW in for them every morning, let alone more than once in a day in case Thunderbird restarts or something.

Are there no additional settings available when using a primary PW? To reduce the frequency of requiring it to be re-entered? Ideally the password would "never" need to be re-entered unless something changes or Thunderbird needs to verify it for some other reason such as a server issue.

Hello here Kayla h . We have read your message.

Your asking if there is a option to login with a password like normal into a email program? In this case it is Thunderbird. I can offer you a method to login one time to login .

There are certain rules and tips to use this method. So your employee can make use of system that’s running with the Thunderbird Software. But does not and cannot come to the password section for the use of the passwords. The password s can be filled in one time at using these steps.

You can and have probably to work with a screenlock if you are using a laptop. If you feel to use this way of locking out your employee with a screen lock give me message.
