I was previously using Thunderbird (which I LOVE!) for my company emails and the server was Fatcow.

This week we switched to Google Workspace and I do not want to work in gmail but continue in Thunderbird.

Since I changed the email server settings (incoming and outgoing) my inbox has been in limbo. In the top left corner, there is a dot going back and forth and every once and awhile, it says that the "connection has timed out."

I really need my emails to get on to Thunderbird ASAP.

Can you help me?

Thank you,

Dawn Langfield dawn@afroflowyoga.com

Hello

it's not really possible to help you with so few information, the only thing you say really is 'it don't work'. You could post screenshots of your account settings including the server settings (masking personal info, well, better than you did in your post). If you have an official document giving the preferred settings, screenshot it (mask revealing info too)
