Are you another of those with an American ISP that has recently required users to have an Outgoing server(SMTP) for each address they send mail from, instead of sharing the same one for multiple email addresses.

Go to outgoing server(SMTP) in your account settings and ensure you have an entry for each address you with to send mails from. Then go to the corresponding incoming account and make sure the correct outgoing server is selected for the account.
