Exact same problem....resetting the zoom does nothing.

OHH my bad...got it working...it was actually the zoom feature that fixes that problem.

my mozilla dosen't show ull-screen .Download the latest version but it dosn't work:(makes the same mistake mozilla .. that does not show full screen.

A. Simply go to:

1.View 2.Select tool bars 3. Uncheck any of the toolbars below: a. Babylon toolbar b. Softonic Eng 7 Community tool bar!

4.Finish.... if nothing happened try to unchechked other tool bars.

B. Or u can simply disable some of the toolbars: simply go to 1. Tools 2. Add - ons Manager 3. Extensions 4. Disable or Remove the toolbars you suspect causing problems.

That's it!

go to help at the top of your firefox browser an click on help then click on restart with Add-ons disabled, Firefox will restart as basic and it should be back to normal, then you can turn the add-ons back on by going to tools at tghe top of the screen and then click add-ons

this worked for my problem
