Every time I click an enlarge picture or the upload picture link a blank page comes up. It has nothing on it but "search bookmark and history"

Your plugins list shows that you have the Mozilla ActiveX plugin installed.
The Mozilla ActiveX plugin is not compatible with Firefox 2 and 3 and you should remove it.

Thank you it was an add-on that was causing the problem. Specifically the Zynga toolbar from facebook.
