My about:cache page is reading

Number of entries: 0 Maximum storage size: 204800 KiB Storage in use: 327666 KiB

Under the disk cache device.

I have reset it and cleared it multiple times, but it keeps doing this again each time.

Cleared everything, including deleting the entire cache folder, and yet still ... Maximum storage size: 204800 KiB Storage in use: 524288 KiB

When this happens it basically bypasses my entire disk cache and Firefox only uses the memory cache, which is horribly inconvenient.

It seems the cause of this was cleaning my Windows temp folder while I was downloading files with Firefox. Not sure why, but the temporary files are linked to the cache in some way.

Nope, so much for that ... it held for a while, and now it's over again ... sigh.

Still present with 3.6.9

Seems to happen when I download large (>300mb) files. Even with 3.6.10.
