The View tab says it is installed and there is a space where it should be in my browser, however it is invisible. I have Windows 7 and the latest version of Firefox. when I uncheck it in View, Toolbar, the space goes away. When I recheck, the space comes back (where the toolbar should be) but there is nothing there.

I signed into a wireless network today at a company that blocked the toolbar. When I signed into my regular network, I could not get the toolbar to show. Disabling/enabling add-ons didn't help. Uninstalling/reinstalling toolbar did not help. When View -> Google Toolbar is checked there is a gap where the toolbar should be.
