Silverlight Plug-In 4.0.60531.0 when enabled in FF-5 disables the ability to attach any kind of file to a email in hotmail [OSX, already tried uninstall/install of plugin], ideas?

more options

Using Firefox 5 on my MacBook Pro [Snow Leopard OSX] I am unable to attach any kind of files [pdf, .doc, .docx.......] to the emails I write in hotmail when I have silverlight Plug-In 4.0.60531.0 enabled. Once Disabled the situation is resolved. That being said when disabled, I can't use sites like Netflix for streaming. I also already tried to uninstall and reinstall the silverlight plug-in but the problem persists.

That sound like something which Microsoft needs to fix, either with Silverlight or with Hotmail / Windows Live.
