I am trying to download an Adobie plug-in. It acts like it is working. But I cannot watch video's on Firefox. What is wrong?

I cannot watch video's. When I try, it prompt's me to download Adobie plug in. The plug-in look's like it is downloading. But after it is done, I still cannot watch video's. Even after closing firefox and reopening it. I cannot watch video's on firefox.

You have Shockwave Flash 10.3 r181 installed for Firefox.
