AFTER I LOG ONTO VERIZON.NET, I CAN SEE MY EMAILS; BUT WHEN I CLICK THE 'VIEW ALL EMAILS' THE PAGE IS CLOSED AND THE ADDRESS SHOWS 'PROBLEM LOADING PAGE' AND THE SCREEN SHOWS 'CONNECTION SERVER WAS RESET WHILE PAGE WAS LOADING. DID FIREFOX RESET THE PAGE? I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY VERIZON EMAILS FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND EACH TIME I TRY, I GET THE PROBLEM LOADING PAGE MESSAGE. That is a message coming from outside Firefox.
The web server or other software (firewall) did close the connection for some reason.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
