It just started. when i'm on firefox the screen widens automatically covering up the top and bottom tool bar. when I put my cursor on top it reappears. the bottom tool bar does not. how can I get it back to normal?

Firefox seems to be stuck in "Full screen" mode.
Press F11 on your keyboard to make it return to normal mode.
