My firefox often crash and it turned out into blue screen of death and I'm forced to restart my computer from the reset button. I'm using windows XP 64-bit. I already follow the steps by updating the flash plugin, but the adobe site said they doesn't support flash for the win-xp-x64. thx

Please read Basic Troubleshooting, and let me know if it helps you out.

when Firefox crashes, is it on a specific website(s), or just randomly?

A BSOD is caused by a Windows service or system driver.
Firefox shouldn't be able to cause such an error on its own.
Make sure that all system drivers and security software are up to date.

Is there any info on the BSOD that indicates which software is causing Windows to crash?

Did you check the event log for details?

@Tylerdowner it happened on random websites

@cor-el the BSOD didn't indicate which software causing windows to crash, sometimes it only says like "nv4disp.dll" or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA

That sounds like a problem with the graphics display driver.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.
