I read the there is a new browser from Mozilla: Aurora. They said it was available for desktop and mobile. I went to search the Google Play store and all I got was Firefox Beta. Is Aurora only available to ICS/Jellybean users or is it just a glitch?

The Play store has a "release" version. To install Aurora (a future version currently in testing), you need to download the APK file from here:

Aurora is not a new browser but rather the name of one of the development channels where 16.0a1 is currently being developed on. It was 15.0a2 but the versions moved/merged to next channel as of today.
