Can I revert to the earlier appearance of Firefox?
The answers that this site suggested didn't work. I just want to roll back to the previous version (I'm using 14.0.1 now & I hate it). The link: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html Only shows versions of 3.6. I want 13.x
Where is it, and why does Mozilla have such an attitude about older versions?

Give this extension a try. It reverts the changes in toolbar button changes that came in 14.0.1

What do you want to change in the User Interface? You don't want to revert to an older version, as there are severe security concerns with those older versions. However, if there are specific parts of the Interface you want to change, I can help you change that.
Thanks for the reply. Sorry about the delay in answering, but my glorious ISP had a nationwide outage.
FF updated recently and the buttons on the Nav toolbar became very indistinct. I tried to load a theme to bring 'em back up, but it sucked, so I deleted it & reverted to the default appearance, but now the entire Nav toolbar is monochrome - I don't like it at all. I'm not willing to do a reset, 'cause I don't want to have to install all the extensions over again.
I just want a simple understated appearance, without any glitter. FF 13.x looked good to me.

The very thing!
Thanks so much.

When an upgrade kills the functionality for someone, a roll back option is imperative. I can not stop work for hours to go look for answers to the problems created, I need to roll back, get on with my work, then look for answers when I have the patience and time. This is the one thing that will eventually make me kick firefox to the curb. FRUSTRATION at an inconvenient time, and no way out.
