Hiding Restart with Add-ons disabled using custom userChrome.css

Need to remove the Help > Restart with Add-ons disabled option, as we are deploying FireFox to several users across the enterprise and do not what them to have the ability to disable packaged addons, Have tried adding the below to userChrome.css but no joy. Any help appreciated, Thanks.

Note that you will still have that menu item in the Help menu in the Firefox menu button (menu bar hidden) if you do not include the second (#appmenu) code.
