all of a sudden certain websites and certain pages are not loading properly, backgrounds, images and graphics wont load, mostly i can just see text. i have checked and the content settings are set to automatically load and i have also got the most recent version. please help. I can also see this near the bottom of the bbc website - This page is best viewed in an up-to-date web browser with style sheets (CSS) enabled. While you will be able to view the content of this page in your current browser, you will not be able to get the full visual experience. Please consider upgrading your browser software or enabling style sheets (CSS) if you are able to do so.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
