Why is it that I can no longer download and print my cruise documents from Carnival.com

more options

I have also been able to download and print my cruise documents from Carnival.com using Firefox and now I am unable to do so. I have called Carnival and wiped out all my history and cookies as per Carnival and I am still unable to download them. I keep getting a message stating that the file is missing or corruput, but Carnival as it is not at their end and that the problem exists between Firefox and Adobe Reader. I also have the lastest Abode Reading XI installed. How can I download my documents using Firefox? Thank you

Starting in Firefox 19, PDFs may default to viewing in the new built-in PDF viewer. There are some incompatibilities with this new feature, so you might check your setting and switch to a different viewer and see whether that helps.

Check out this article: View PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer.

Does that help?
