When trying to import address book data from csv, fewer than half of the csv fields are available for mapping.

I exported my Outlook contacts to a CSV file. When trying to import the CSV file into Thunderbird, only some of the CSV fields are listed in the field mapping tool. Most importantly, the email addresses are not in the list.

Essentially, you have to edit the csv file in a spreadsheet or csv editor to make it compatible with the TB address book.
