The OK button in the Character Encoding page disappeared in the latest version. Even after I choose a code page, it only shows the Cancel button and doesn't allow me to change encoding.

Yes this is a known issue. We are publishing an update, Firefox 29.0.1, to Google Play either today or tomorrow.
