I recently changed from IE to Firefox and Incredimail to Thunderbird. I can not fiqure out how to transfer all of my email folders in incredimail to Thunderbird. I was able to transfer all of my email addresses but it went into a file named" Incredimail email contacts (csv format)" I did not name or make a file with this name and I also cannot get all my email addresses from that file into the Thunderbird address Book. Is this even possible? Thank you for any detailed help you can give me. I'm not very computer literate, so the more detailed steps the better.
