I like to go though my email, open them and deal with them. Any unopened emails means I need to deal with it still. But, all emails are showing as read. I can click and mark an email as unread, but I would like any new emails to stay unread (bold) until I have opened it.

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you, Andrew

Hi

There is a setting in Thunderbird that will allow you to change this behaviour. You can read more about how to change this here.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
