Windows process seems to be affected by FF45.0?
I updated to FF45.0 yesterday. Since the moment the update was running, one of the svchost.exe processes is using, all the time, too much CPU time (between 25% and 50%, average around 40%). This causes the "System Idle Process" to be close to zero most of the time and the PC run too slow (and overheating). Maybe it's just coincidence, but it is curious that it started right after the update was finished. Any thoughts? Thanks,
Fernando Windows 7 64x

Not to much help here for you but just want to confirm that you received MS Patch Tuesday Updates and that you have rebooted since. If not received could you please update Windows and confirm that is updated and that the problem still persists. Thanks

Thanks a lot. Yes sir you were right. I had some windows update pending and now it's working fine. It seems that updating a MS OS is not only convenient but essential since otherwise the system starts to fail.
