I use Thunderbird for my personal e-Mails and Outlook.com for others. When I use Thunderbird to sent to Outlook.com, I use BCC, but it always seems to reveal the addresses of all the people I send to. At first I thought I simply forgot, but when I look in the sent box, there are two messages, one sent with BCC and one without. Any suggestions?

"I use Thunderbird for my personal e-Mails" doesn't make any real sense. Thunderbird is just an email client. What is perhaps more important here is which providers you use for the "personal" email messages.
