Full Pop-up Message: The size of the message you are trying to send exceeds a temporary size limit of the server. The message was not sent; try to reduce the message size or wait some time and try again. The server responded: 4.3.1 Insufficient system storage.

Don't know what else to do. Help!

The message is from the server not Thunderbird. They must have a limit to the size of the emails you can send. You need to find out what that limit is and reduce the size of your emails to be under that limit.

As you cannot send nor receive, maybe you have used up your server quota. Perhaps you have too many emails on the server. Logon to webmail account using a browser and delete all the old emails. Empty Trash and Spam folders.

If imap mail account then you may want to synchronise folders for offline use and get copies into the Local Folders account before deleting off server.
