Is it possible to import bookmarks into Firefox 49 on a HP laptop running windows 10 from a Mac (Yosemite) without being able to create an export file on the mac?

My MacBookPro screen died. Hooking up to an external monitor does not work. Repair quote is $2400.

I pulled the SSD and have it available and can read it on my new to me PC. I have found the bookmarks backup folder from the mac and put it on the PC.

On the mac I found these backup files and exported them to the PC:

user/library/applicationsupport/firefox/profiles/6144aksw.default/bookmarkbackups

They are .JSONLZ4 files.

Once the window is open, at the top of the page, press the button labeled Import and Backup. Select Export Bookmarks To HTML, and follow the prompts and save it to a HTML file. Copy the file to another computer. Repeat the instructions above, BUT select Import Bookmarks From HTML,
