Thunderbird consistently not responding on all 3 of my home computers running Win 10
Thunderbird is constantly locking up for 30 - 60 seconds and showing as "Not responding". This is consistent across all 3 of my home computers - 64bit running on Windows 10, but varying processor speeds.
There doesn't appear to be any isolated reason for this ie. It's not exclusive to any of my email addresses or reading or writing email - all are subject to this error.
How do I minimise this issue?

I have seen occurrences where the anti virus has also been a cause.
