Is this problem only in Firefox? Can you connect to your Facebook account using the Facebook app?
If you can't log into your Facebook account that way either, you probably need to take it up with Facebook. Maybe: How can I get back into my account? | Facebook Help Center | Facebook
Sorry, I don't think these Mozilla forums can help much further if you're exhausted the account recovery options Facebook provides. I know this happens to lots of people, but I don't know what they do about it. Maybe there's a support group for ex-Facebook users?
