Hello,

If I try to purchase an online item from Walmart Canada using Firefox latest update, it does not bring up the "Add to Cart" link.

If I do this on Internet Explorer, it brings up the "Add to Cart" link on the item/product webpage.

Firefox version is 63.0.1, all cookies are enabled (?), and the browser cache is cleared. I have Windows 7 Pro SP 3, 64 bit.

Is there some SETTING either NOT turned on, or SHOULD be turned on for this, in Firefox ?

Thanx loads for your help.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

Hello Fred McD,

No ---- tried both these ( Safe Mode and Content Blocking ) ---- still does the same thing ( i.e., no "Add to Cart" link on the Walmart Item page).

Thanx for your help. Anybody else out there have any ideas ?

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Remove History For One Site

Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.
