Shift delete asks for confirmation in specific account inboxes, in local folders, etc., but not in the unified inbox. Strange.

Flags mail.warn on shift delete and mail.warn on delete from trash are true, unmodified (default).

I'm being compulsive, but I'd like to fix this.

Located a bug report on this. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=958088

It is a five yesr old bug but I'm not seeing any recent info/reports on any fix. Could you logon to bugzilla, you may need to create an account. State what version of Thunderbird you are using and also the type of OS. State whether you have imap, pop or a mix of accounts in the Unified view. State what setting have you got in Account Settings > Server settings of IMAP accounts to deal with deleted emails? For example: If imap account, do you 'Move it to Trash' or 'just mark as deleted' ? then vote for the bug.
