I submitted the address to the test page https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ and it said the site supports 8 different ciphers and none of their different versions of Firefox can connect:
TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA384 (0xc028) TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256 (0xc027)
Firefox doesn't have either of those CBC ciphers.
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 (0x9f) TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 (0x9e)
Firefox doesn't have either of those DHE ciphers.
TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 (0x9d) TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 (0x9c)
Firefox doesn't have either of those GCM ciphers.
TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256 (0x3d) TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256 (0x3c)
Firefox doesn't have either of those SHA256 ciphers.
The bank could consider supporting more ciphers, such as:
TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 (0xc030)
Is there any way that i can use to open the webpage in any of the following browsers.
Chrome Firefox Edge
Thanks Manish

I can only answer for Firefox; the answer is No, their server settings are not compatible with Firefox.
Will Firefox update their server settings in future?
Thanks for your quick response.

This is not a Firefox server issue.
Firefox includes a set of encryption ciphers that change over time. Currently, your bank's server does not use any of the same ciphers as Firefox. They could change that in an hour, so I suggest pointing out the problem to them.
Meanwhile, you can use a different browser.
