Firefox crashes with no crash report

For about two months Firefox has crashed either when starting or at different periods after starting. There is no crash report (and none are in "about:crashes"). I have tried reinstalling Firefox, run it in safe-mode, removed add-ons one by one, run DISM and SFC, and used Reimage to check Windows. Still, Firefox continues to crash. There is another thing, printing from magazines no longer works. The FT prints two pages however long the article; the New Yorker prints the front page, then many blank pages. Therefore to print I have to use Chrome or Opera. Reimage often reports that "Badmodule" has crashed as well as Firefox. This behavior occurs on two machines, but not on two others (both of which are not updated to the latest Windows because the update fails to install at the last moment).

Any advice appreciated

. Whenever you get a message / popup like that;

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thank you. But as described, I have tried Safe Mode already.

You can try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

Anything in the Windows Event log ?

I've got this too.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1280769

it was just on my main desktop, and my laptop worked fine - but since I've been working from home on my laptop, and I've installed all the rest of the tools I need to use, it's started crashing.

The last thing I installed before I noticed the problem starting on the laptop was the screen sharing system "Mikogo". It's just about possible that that has installed a low level something to pick up the screen state that Firefox doesn't like, even when it's no actually running.

I've also got the "load of helpful people trying to be helpful but completely ignoring the description of the problem and saying 'can you send us a crash report?' 'have you tried safe mode?'" problem that you seem to be experiencing too.

Shibboleet!
