I can't get past the captcha. I have lived in China for a few years and used FF with no problems until recently when a captcha pops up for more and more sites. Problem is that often it doesn't load correctly and shows an error message. If it does load it takes ages. Then I do as required get a green arrow and then another captcha pops up again and again. I have only got past the captcha twice but if I move to another page ,,, up pops another captcha. It is very frustrating and I need to research educational sites and it is proving to be difficult. I use windows 10, it is up to date. Windows defender and have no ad blocker or addons. Do I have to change browsers or is there a way around this, thanks.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
