Can no longer send email to multiple addresses, Missing CC,BCC, functions also

Very recently the ability to send an email to multiple addresses stopped working. Hitting enter with the cursor in the "To" box does not increment to a new address box below the first one, it just goes to the subject box. All of the alternate functions (To,Cc,Bcc, etc) are gone. All I now get is one address box with "To".
