Frustrated by https://support.mozilla.org forms: drafts handling is awful.
Can we improve this page so if one clicks away from it, the draft one is working on isn't lost? So frustrating and unnecessary. Or direct people to a forum where this isn't a problem?
I mean: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop/form and the pages like it, like https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-does-phishing-and-malware-protection-work/discuss/new#post-preview and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mobile/form
It's nuts- we have this warning at the top of the page (which is fine) but if you click on it, draft GONE. Click back, and it's not here. That's awful and unnecessary. Saving drafts is great but flushing them is egregiously bad!

Same problem on this page. WT? Firefox support forums weren't this bad years ago. And I can't even edit my OP? For real?
Edit: looking for alternatives...
- I may resort to Mozillazine even though it doesn't seem to support HTTPS, even for login.
Interesting canned response option, mostly for the commented out part:
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers. (I know, hence the "we".) < !--If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link (submission is currently paused). Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.-- >
If you need to file a bug report or feature request for Firefox and other Mozilla products, see File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.
I'm guessing there's already a bug report on this, and duplicates...
