Dear dolores, click on menu -> customize -> drag the print icon to your bar. I hope I have been helpful.

No - when you say after customizing and place printer and drag to bar. Since I am not computer literate - please tell me where exactly to drag printer icon to? What is the name? And does this solve my problem with printer preview and page setup will be listed in file menu?

Firefox 85-86 introduced a new print experience that combines preview, setup, and print. You should see that overlay when you use File > Print (or press Ctrl+P). Some of the settings require expanding the "More settings" section of the bar on the right side:

There are a few things missing from the new print experience. Do you need these?

  • Simplify page checkbox
  • Customizing the content of headers and footers
