Firefox has recently started blocking my on-line banking website. I use Firefox DuckDuckGo as my default browser and it worked fine until 2 weeks ago. However, I can use GOOGLE or Microsoft Internet Explorer to do my on-line banking which I do not like to do. They don't require the 2 step security access code that I use to get with Firefox on my cell phone. HOW CAN I FIX THIS? Navy Federal Credit Union technical support it was a Firefox browser issue and they could not help. Can you help me?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
