I am trying to sync my new laptop to my old one. I have set my old laptop to sync bookmarks, etc. I logged in to my new laptop and clicked on sync, but nothing happens.

Isisombulu esikhethiweyo

I assume that you are logged in the the same Firefox Account (email address) no both computers ?

It can take some time for the initial sync to finish, so give it some time.

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if recent Sync logs are available. You can upload the file to a website like Pastebin if you can't post the content of the file in a reply.

Thanks for your help - problem solved. Firefox had logged me out on one of the accounts and I hadn't noticed.
