Thought I should bring it to your attention. My default browser is Firefox and I use Earthlink as my email. Earthlink just informed me that Firefox no longer supports Earthlink. They have asked me to switch to Google Chrome where my email works fine. If you need to contact me , my phone is [phone# removed from public] and my name is Ken Westlund. My email is [email removed from public].

Hi Ken, Thanks for the information. From your wording, I get the impression that you think you are directly contacting developers or Mozilla employees. You are not. This is a community support forum. The people that answer questions here are users just like you, volunteering their time.

I'm afraid what Earthlink told you is misleading. It's as if Walmart said "wheelchairs no longer support our isles". There are standards in place, and it's the responsibility of each website to be usable in any browser. If there are issues, like Firefox not supporting a specific feature properly or web-developers not testing their sites on Firefox, Mozilla can work with the web-developers to fix the issue. There's a whole website dedicated to website compatibility at https://webcompat.com/

In this case, I don't have an Earthlink account to test it, but perhaps you can tell us more about what problem you're having on the website? Maybe we can help? Could you try the solutions in the following article and see if any of them help: Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should
